TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

AFGA REUNION – DAYTON, OHIO
OCTOBER 1 – 4, 2026

THURSDAY 1 OCTOBER 2026
0900 – 2300(9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) – Hospitality Room Opens
0900 – 1700(9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – Registration – Right of front desk

FRIDAY 2 OCTOBER 2026
0900 – 2300(9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) – Hospitality Room opens
0845 – 1700(8:45 AM – 5:00 PM) – Air Force Museum* (see Shuttle Schedule)
NOTE: Final bus schedule to and from the museum will be provided at the reunion.
1830 – Dinner at the Air Force Museum. Must have signed up on the registration form.

SATURDAY 3 OCTOBER 2026
0900 – 2300(9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) – Hospitality Room Opens
0900 – 1100(9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) – Business Meeting
0900 – 1100(9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) – Ladies Tour – TBD
1730 – 1830(5:30 PM – 6:30 PM) – Cocktail Hour
1830 – 2130(6:30 PM – 9:30 PM) – AFGA Formal Banquet – Salon E, F, G, H

SUNDAY 4 OCTOBER 2026
0900 – 2300(9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) – Hospitality Room Opens
1100(11:00 AM) – Memorial Service
1200(12:00 PM) – Departure for Carillon Park starts. Lunch on your own (see handout for
food options at Carillon Park)
1800 – 2100(6:00 PM – 9:00 PM) – Buffet Meal – Salon E, F, G, H
Friday and Sunday night meal attire – Wearing of any military uniform or any part of a
military uniform or Business Casual. Comfortable shoes if you plan to walk around.

Saturday night meal – Formal Attire

*If you are at the museum at 5 PM you will have to wait by the front till they clear the museum.
You will then be able to walk around once the OK has been given.
