2024 Hotel Info

Fellow Gunners, our next AFGA Reunion (10-13 Oct, 2024) is in Colorado Springs, home of the AF Academy. We have contracted with the Mariott Hotel in Colorado Springs at a rate of $169 per night. That being said, the Hotel recommends you make a hotel reservation NLT February 2024, if you even think you may be attending. The reason being, there is a chance the hotel may not have anything available after that date, due to the possibility of an Academy Football game that weekend. At this point the Academy’s football schedule hasn’t been released but the hotel highly recommends you reserve a room prior to February.  PLEASE reserve your room now, to guarantee you will have a room. You can always cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date, at no charge.

You will still have until 25 August 2024 to register for the Reunion, but if you wait until then to book your hotel reservation, you may not get a room. Again, if you decide for whatever reason you can’t make the Reunion, you can still cancel your Hotel reservation up to 48 hours prior to your reservation date, at no charge.
